Accelerated Placement

Leion List

A secure talent exchange for accelerated placement.

The Leion List™ is a subscription service that presents laid-off workers to member organizations.

It is designed to accelerate hiring for both organizations and workers, making better use of our existing workforce.

Organizations subscribe to join a consortium in which member organizations share the identities of laid-off workers with each other in a secure online environment.

Enterprise Leion List

A private talent exchange for pre-layoff redeployment.

Organizations may also choose an internal-only Leion List, in which workers are presented prior to being laid off—saving layoff costs and easing the movement of people across programs as contracts begin and end within a single company.

Adaptable Workforce

Workers in an adaptable workforce move more freely across disciplines, companies, and industries to meet changing market demand. Workers contribute to adaptability by learning to apply the first principles of their primary jobs to other fields. Then they can be ready to redeploy when markets shift. In other words, they can leave low-demand jobs, voluntarily or otherwise, and move efficiently into higher-demand jobs with similar first principles. And they can move back efficiently when demand changes.

Onternships

Short rotations that help pros learn a new lane.

Onternships are an opportunity for experienced workers to spend time training, apprenticing, shadowing, or serving in roles with similar first principles to their primary jobs.

Ontry-Level Positions

A smart on‑ramp for proven people in a new domain.

Ontry-level positions recognize the unique value of experienced workers who come from other industries with similar first principles.

Experienced workers aren’t entry level, but they’re also not yet fully experienced in the new domain.

Planned Transfers

Long‑Term Vision

Turn layoffs into planned transfers that keep momentum.

Leion turns reduction‑in‑force into a planned transfer. We capture a portion of layoff costs up front, triage and cross‑train teams with partners, place them on contracts to de‑risk fit, and convert to hires—so companies keep momentum and people keep working.

Pre‑empt layoffs.
Redeploy talent.
Don’t lay off.
